Our offerings are private, so we can only work with investors who meet the SEC definition of an accredited investor. Most people qualify one of three ways.
Income above $200,000 in each of the past two years, or $300,000 together with a spouse or partner, with a reasonable expectation of the same this year.
Net worth above $1 million, alone or with a spouse or partner, not counting the value of your primary residence.
A trust, company or family office with more than $5 million in assets, an entity owned entirely by accredited investors, or an individual who holds a Series 7, 65 or 82 license.
Accreditation is confirmed with a short questionnaire during the subscription process. The full definition is published by the SEC.
