MAYUR PATEL

PARTNER, CAPITAL RAISING & INVESTOR RELATIONS

Mayur Patel has built a career across technology, finance, and real estate operations. His experience spans software and IT, institutional finance at Deutsche Bank, and direct ownership of Hilton and Dunkin' franchise locations — where he managed everything from development to day-to-day operations. He has also operated a value-add residential flipping business. At Arka, Mayur Patel is responsible for capital raising, investor relations, and LP communications.

Neel Patel

NEEL PATEL

PARTNER, ACQUISITIONS & ASSET MANAGEMENT

Neel Patel leads acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management at Arka Partners. He began his career at EY before joining Greybrook Realty Partners, a real estate private equity firm with over $45 billion in portfolio value, focused on residential development and value-add investments across North America. Neel holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in accounting and finance from the Schulich School of Business and has passed all three levels of the CFA and CPA exams.
