Mayur Patel

Partner, Capital & Investor Relations

Mayur Patel has built a career across technology, finance, and real estate operations. His experience spans software and IT, institutional finance at Deutsche Bank, and direct ownership of Hilton and Dunkin' franchise locations, where he managed everything from development to daily operations. He has also operated a value-add residential flipping business. At Arka, Mayur Patel is responsible for capital raising, investor relations, and LP communications.

Neel Patel, CFA

Partner, Acquisitions & Asset Management

Neel Patel leads acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management at Arka Partners. He began his career at EY before joining Greybrook Realty Partners, a real estate private equity firm with over $45 billion in portfolio value, focused on residential development and value-add investments across North America. Neel holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in accounting and finance from the Schulich School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.
